Embarking on a new client category is learning a different world. Immersing yourself in the language, the emotion, and the mindset of like you’ve always been there. New Bolton Center is a wonderful, advanced large animal hospital tied to the prestigious ivy league UPENN. Having never been on a horse myself, I am learning the true passion of these “horse people.” This is not something you fall into lightly, this passion is deep in your blood. A bond that I as an outsider am only beginning to skim the surface of understanding.
